Create a paper agent, set its limits and test its balance controls. The preview uses a free rule engine with verified Ethereum observations. Paid model calls and trade execution are still in development.

Stockereum applies a temporary anti-snipe fee in the first 20 seconds of a launch. No token has been launched or fee collection enabled in this preview.
